AVC has extensive experience appraising all types of real property, including retail stores, offices, warehouses, industrial facilities, apartments and single family homes. The firm commonly appraises properties for bank loans, pending transactions, and right-of-way takings. Other assignments undertaken by AVC include land development and property valuation studies for landfills, feasibility analyses, and estimates of tangible assets for property tax disputes.
