AVC also appraised another 600 acres for sale and lease to an electric utility. |
Horseshoe Bay, Texas – Appraised several thousand acres involving 1,200 residential lots, 1,300 acres of undeveloped land, commercial acreage, and a golf course. The valuation scenarios included full subdivision development and bulk sales of undeveloped land. |
